Had you experience with silver jewelry from Tiffany's?

Q.I recently took out my jewelry box, full of silver jewelry, and discovered that a lot of it was tarnished. I attempted to clean some pieces but I did not have much luck. Can anyone recommend a silver jewelry cleaner? And also why do some of my silver pieces never seem to tarnish?
