Roberto Coin Diamond Necklace.Q.Anyone up for this? Mine are: - My diamond flanked by two diamonds engagement ring. - My mother's simple pearl necklace. - An onyx, turquoise, mother of pearl pin with a design that looks like a fashionable woman's head with a big hat on (definitely a "you have to see it" piece). - My Rolex...bought many years ago, my first major purchase as a working adult. - A gorgeous millefiore pendant done by Barbara Sperling. A.My five favorite jewelry pieces, in no particular order, are: - My diamond engagement ring (emerald cut set in platinum with two baguettes) - A pair of white gold diamond pave hoops my husband gave me (even if I just noticed one of the tiny diamonds is missing) - A gold ram's head bracelet I got when I graduated from college (my school's team were the Rams) - A diamond and ruby art deco bracelet I have that is beautiful but I never, ever wear it-- hmm, have to rectify that. - A very large smoky topaz or citrine (not sure what the stone is) cocktail ring inherited from my grandmother. In general I am a big earrings and bracelets person. I don't wear many necklaces because I always feel like I'm choking, and I like rings but since I have terrible nails I rarely wear them. Orange and yellow citrine briolette necklace- I know the yellow is citrine, but the orange, might be garnet, but it's true orange. The briolettes are threaded choker length, but twist around so they sort of alternate up and down. You could drink the stones and there's such a sparkle. We got it in Bermuda, and it's numero uno. Green and blue toned sparkley crystal earrings from Kohls of all places. 1920 brand or something like that- small dangle with a flower motif. They look great with black, since the patina is blackish and I get tons of compliments on them. Square emerald shape aquamarine or blue topaz (can't remember) but the stone is on a plain drop and is light blue, small, sparkley. Small, plain but noticible and gorgeous. Roberto Coin- white gold -champagne and white diamond heart ring. It's tiny but cool-- the heart is made out of champagne diamonds and regular diamonds along the band thread through the heart.
