Fake Diamond Ring, Britney Spears has ditched the "fake" ring ?
Q.I am looking to buy a diamond engagement ring. I do not want to go to your standard store front shop where u know they have a huge rent to pay for (and subsequently huge markups). I am looking for either a whole saler or place that also produces their own jewlery. Often these places have tiny store fronts and offer the best prices. If you guys have any experiences with this type of thing let me know, I am looking to buy quickly,
A.In response to your post, please find below a friend of mine who sells originals but also custom made jewelry, he has a small shop in The Masson street district near St-Michel. The chap is low key and delivers the merchandise. I have had some custom jewelry made by him ( my wife's engagement ring to name a few)and he is a pro in his field and the prices are hard to beat. I actually saw something on e-bay a while back, printed out the page and he made me a duplicate, so rest assured the guy knows what he is doing ! ( there are the yellow shaded ones and the crytal blue shaded ones (VSS). I have but one thing to advise on the purchase of a diamond. AVOID store front shops.Even the CM and the rest . They come and go and usually advertise VSS category in the window but install the lower grade type on the original ring. Most of them do this except REPUTABLE shops like BIRK's on Ste Catherine street.near University ( Phillips square) They have a reputation that is unsurpassed and they sell High quality Low carbon Bluestar diamonds. You would be surprised at what the prices are IF you would compare the exact same stone with another outfit. They have been around for decades but seel only quality goods. I have always been satisfied with the very high quality diamonds they sell.
