Diamond Huggie Earring.
Q.I have never been good at spotting tones esp. in myself. Can a diamond see its own glitter? I am curious where you feel you have gotten to now?
A.There is a point of disagreement between my wife and I that I would like to hear back comments on from anyone with an opinion or who is in or has experienced a similar situation. I'll term it a "touchie- feelie" vs "huggie-kissie" problem. The problem is that my wife feels that "touchie-feelie" before "huggie- kissie" demonstrates my insensitivity to her needs and doesn't demonstrate my love for her. Hinged hoop/huggie earrings of white and yellow gold. The center part of the hoop is matte finished white gold with a row of tiny diamonds; the innermost and outmost edges of the earrings are polished yellow gold. They are very pretty and can be dressy, but they are small enough to wear everyday. They are reversible; the back side is plain, highly polished white gold. Ring: Highly polished, extremely modern platinum ring that is the setting for my late aunt's emerald cut diamond. This is the only piece of custom made jewelry I have ever owned. The effect is almost architectural--like a building made of polished steel and large panes of glass.
