Q.Has anyone else posted what they're wearing New Year's Eve? I am going to dinner with my husband and children at one of the finest restaurants in town after which I'll return home for comfy clothes, Dick Clark and champagne. I plan on wearing my IB Diffusion gray silk pantsuit, silver shell, silver shoes from Nordstroms, silver purse, diamond pendant and rings, Anne Klein watch and for fun a pair of Lunch at the Ritz New York, New York earrings.
A.this reminds me somewhat of my office...my SO and I are the resident "pierced people" at our place of employment, and we're always trying (jokingly) to convince our sysadmin to get pierced (usually something like, "hey Tom, you'd look really sexy with a skull pierce" or something). Finally, this summer, he broke down and told us that if he *might* consider piercing his ear if we found him an earring with the "SUN" logo on it (that little diamond of S's and U's and N's that are all roundy and stuff). So if anyone knows where one could get such an earring, I'd be willing to purchase one as a gag gift.... The bottom couple buttons popped open (maybe because he had to keep flipping it) to expose either a pale beige undershirt or Elton's bare belly. I'll let myself believe it was a shirt . Dark-lensed rectangular glasses. Dangly diamond earring that may have mimicked one of the sparkly designs on the jacket--hard to tell because the cameras focused mostly on the left side of his face.
