Diamond Tennis Bracelet!!!

Q.I just received a 3 carat diamond tennis bracelet as a gift! It is so incredibly gorgeous, I've never had anything so pretty! My question is this: should I purchase a warranty for it? The warranty costs $129 and is for life (I think), in case any prongs get loose or the clasp breaks, etc. For those ladies that have tennis bracelets themselves, do they break easily? Should I only wear them on special occasions instead of everyday, because it might break so easily?
