Q.Has anyone else noticed the cute little necklace that Brenda's been wearing lately? It's a gold choker with a crystal or diamond right in the middle. I know this is a detail probably overlooked by many but I notice every time I see her and have been looking for one similar without any luck. Any other details that I've missed?

Haven't you ever wondered why some stores will advertise, for example, a one-carat total weight diamond tennis bracelet for $200, yet another store will have what you might think is the same thing, only the price tag is $1,500? The difference is because of the difference in the quality of the diamonds. You can be fairly confident that Tiffany's isn't going to sell anything with a diamond that has very low quality, which is why their prices would be higher.
